The following terms and conditions apply to all competitions & prize draws within King Street Manchester, online and/or on mobile entry. By ticking the box on the form, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by DS.Emotion.
Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prize that may be awarded to you. There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition/giveaway is completely free to enter.
The Prize
The winning prizes will be various items provided by retailers from King Street Manchester and partners selected by DS.Emotion. The use of specific brands as prizes by DS.Emotion does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. DS.Emotion’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner Announcement
Winners will be chosen at random and notified via their email address provided. Every week’s prize will be drawn on the Thursday of that week, and winners will have two weeks to respond. DS.Emotion will make one attempt to contact the winner via email.
Collection of prizes
If selected as a winner of the prize draw or competition, the winner will be sent information about their prize via email. Each winner will receive a unique code to redeem their prize. All physical prizes must be collected by the winner on King Street. All redemptions must be completed by the date supplied on the email.
Any prize elements including travel and/or accommodation will be subject to availability. Certain dates may be excluded from when the winner may not take up their prize. Where the prize necessitates travel and/or attending an event on a specific date, the winner must be available on the date(s) specified by the Promoter in the interaction information and no alternative dates will be available.
Any prize excludes all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize description. Additional charges and expenses incurred for goods, services, attractions, facilities, upgrades, activities and events not expressly included in the prize are payable solely by the winner (and where applicable, their companion(s)). The Promoter will not be held liable where such charges and/or expenses are incurred, and no refund or reimbursement will be made. The Promoter will accept no responsibility where the winner is unable to pay in full any such charges and/or expenses.
Unless otherwise specified, all elements relating to a prize including travel and/or accommodation must be taken up during one period, and not on non-consecutive dates. The winner (and their companion(s) if applicable) will be required to hold a valid passport, any required visas and/or other necessary travel documentation. Where the prize relates to travel for more than one person, the winner and their companion(s) must travel together, departing from and returning to the same location at the same time and on the same itinerary. The prize provider and/or their agents cannot guarantee that seats will be adjacent to each other.
Where the prize includes a voucher or a gift card, such prize will be made payable in pounds sterling in the name of the winning entrant only and such voucher, or a gift card cannot be made payable to any third party. No other form of payment than that indicated in the interaction information will be provided to the winner.
King Street Manchester, the issuer of the vouchers or gift cards and their agents reserve the right to refuse to accept vouchers and/or gift cards which are deemed to have been tampered with, defaced, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise are suspected to be affected by fraud or which have been lost or stolen following delivery.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by DS.Emotion for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
DS.Emotion accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
General
DS.Emotion reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions. The competition closes at 11.59pm on the 31st of January. Any entries received before the competition or prize draw opens or after the closing date and time will not be counted. If DS.Emotion determines that an individual has breached these general terms and conditions, DS.Emotion reserves the right to disqualify and/or discount their entries and withhold or reclaim the awarding of any prizes.
