The following terms and conditions apply to all competitions and prize draws promoted as part of the Wine Mile event on King Street, Manchester. The prize draw is being run by DS.Emotion on behalf of King Street Manchester. This prize draw opens on Thursday 16th July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Thursday 30th July 2026. Entries submitted before the opening date or after the closing date will not be counted.

Eligibility to Enter
The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prize that may be awarded to you. There is a limit of one entry per person and the prize draw is completely free to enter. To enter: Follow @kingstreetmanchester and @francomancapizza, tag someone you would take to dinner. Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @kingstreetmanchester for one additional entry (must include tag for entry to be valid). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
The Prize
The prize is one £100 Franco Manca gift card, supplied by DS.Emotion on behalf of King Street Manchester. The inclusion of specific retailers does not imply endorsement or affiliation. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered. DS.Emotion’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner Announcement
Winners will be chosen at random within 7 working days of the closing date and contacted via Instagram direct message. DS.Emotion will make one attempt to contact the winner. The winner will be asked to provide an email address solely for the purpose of arranging delivery of the prize. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
Prize Fulfilment
If selected as a winner of the prize draw, the winner will be sent information about their prize via email. All redemptions must be completed by the date supplied on the email.
The prize covers a £100 gift card only. Any additional spend beyond this amount will be the responsibility of the winner.
Where the prize includes a voucher or a gift card, such prize will be made payable in pounds sterling in the name of the winning entrant only and such voucher, or a gift card cannot be made payable to any third party. No other form of payment than that indicated in the interaction information will be provided to the winner.
King Street Manchester, the issuer of the vouchers or gift cards and their agents reserve the right to refuse to accept vouchers and/or gift cards which are deemed to have been tampered with, defaced, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise are suspected to be affected by fraud or which have been lost or stolen following delivery.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the prize draw will be used by DS.Emotion for the purposes of administering the prize draw and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
Responsible Participation
This prize draw is part of the Wine Mile celebration on King Street. We encourage all participants to enjoy the event responsibly. Please drink mindfully and know your limits.
Limitation of Liability
DS.Emotion accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
General
DS.Emotion reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions. If DS.Emotion determines that an individual has breached these general terms and conditions, DS.Emotion reserves the right to disqualify and/or discount their entries and withhold or reclaim the awarding of any prizes.
