By submitting this form and taking part in the King of Hearts blind date event, you agree to the following:
1. Participation & Eligibility
You must be aged 18 or over to take part.
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and honest.
Signing up does not guarantee you will be matched for a date.
2. Matchmaking
Matches are made using the information you provide, in combination with a pairing tool and human review.
While we do our best to create thoughtful matches, we cannot guarantee compatibility, chemistry, or outcome.
Matches may be adjusted or changed at our discretion for event flow, availability, or safeguarding reasons.
3. Conduct & Responsibility
You are responsible for your own safety, wellbeing, and boundaries at all times.
King Street Manchester and associated organisers cannot accept responsibility for the actions, words, or choices of your date or other participants.
By taking part, you agree to behave respectfully and lawfully, in line with the venue’s code of conduct.
4. Safeguarding & Reporting
If you experience or witness any inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or breach of boundaries, you should immediately report this to event staff or venue management.
While we are not liable for interactions between participants, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful environment.
Participants who do not uphold respectful conduct may be removed from the event.
5. Photography & Filming
The event may be filmed or photographed for marketing purposes.
By attending, you give permission for your image to be used across social media and promotional channels.
If you do not wish to appear in any content, please inform a member of the team on arrival.
6. Data Use & Privacy
Your survey answers will only be used for matchmaking and event coordination.
Your data will be stored securely and handled in line with GDPR.
You may opt-in separately to receive updates and marketing from King Street Manchester.
7. Changes, Cancellations & Contingencies
King Street Manchester reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or adjust the event format at short notice.
If your match drops out or cancels, you’ll have the option to bring a friend instead (subject to availability).
While we will do our best to accommodate all attendees, we cannot guarantee back-up matches on the night.
8. Liability
By signing up and attending, you participate at your own risk.
King Street Manchester, its organisers, and partners accept no liability for personal injury, loss, damage, or dissatisfaction resulting from participation in the experience.
